What to request for an actual unit

1. Identity: Stock ID, VIN verification, variant, registration date, ownership trail and recorded odometer. Public versions should conceal personal information and unnecessary VIN characters.
2. Condition: Dated photos of all sides, cabin, tyres, underbody and known defects; inspection scope, inspector and report reference.
3. Battery: Test date, method, supported model, diagnostic faults and measured or estimated state of health. Mark unavailable evidence explicitly.
4. Shipment: Booking confirmation, carrier acceptance, loading photos, lashing and seal records where relevant, and shipment-document references.
5. Outcome: Actual discrepancy, agreed remedy, follow-up evidence and buyer acceptance. A completed case is not proof of current stock.

Publication standard

A public case must be based on a real transaction, cleared for publication and redacted for privacy. It should name the evidence reviewed, dates, limitations and corrective actions. Reports or partnerships are not invented to fill an empty section.
